Ordering Information

Placing an Order:

When ordering from Pet Supplies and More you will receive two confirmation emails from us. The first one is an email receipt for your order. The second email will be a confirmation that your order has been shipped. A tracking number for your order will be sent with this email if applicable. Please note that it takes on average 1-2 business days to process your order before it ships. If you have any questions regarding your order please contact us at Support@PetSuppliesAndMore.com. Be sure to include your full name and your order number in the email.

Customer Support Representatives are available Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST via our toll free number 888-760-8213.

NOTE: All voice mails left during normal business hours are quickly returned should our representatives be assisting other callers when you call.

Payment Methods: 

Pet Supplies and More accepts all major credit cards orders including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you do not have a credit card, or prefer not to use one, you still have options to shop with us! In addition to credit cards, we are pleased to accept PayPal and Google Checkout.

Sales Tax: 

By law we are required to collect a 6.5% sales tax on all orders shipped to a Florida address. Sales tax will automatically be added during the check out process based upon the ship to address zip code.

Canceling an Order:

Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled, however it may be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.

Address Corrections:

When placing your order, make sure your address is complete and correct. If an address is incorrect, UPS charges us $11.00 for the address correction. To recover the costs, we will have to charge your credit card for this charge.

Using Promotional Codes:

When you join our email newsletter list, you will become eligible for the various discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items. Should you receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with this feature. Please note, many promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase.
