30-Day Return Policy
PetSuppliesAndMore.com accepts returns for any item and for any reason as part of our famous "No Questions Asked" money back guarantee within 30 days of your order date.
To return an item, please email Support@PetSuppliesAndMore.com and include your full name, original order number and/or PO number, what product(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. We will get back to you as soon as possible with an RMA number (if needed), directions on how to send your package to us and a return address. Items returned without contacting us first, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Our orders are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please contact us at Support@PetSuppliesAndMore.com. We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
