What is your shipping policy?
Most orders ship UPS Ground with some going UPS Mail Innovations. What you are charged is based on the weight of your order and the zip code it is shipping to, which is how UPS charges us for shipping. Simply enter your zip code in the Shipping Calculator in the shopping cart to see the shipping rate prior to providing us with any other information.

How long before my order ships?
Orders are processed and shipped within an average of 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. We do not ship nor do the carriers pick up on non-business days which include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your package tracking number the business day morning after your order is shipped.
Will I receive a shipment email?
We will send you a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Shipment confirmation emails are sent the business day after your order is shipped.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The UPS map below will provide an estimate of how long it will take for UPS Ground orders once they are processed and shipped. Orders are processed and shipped within an average of 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. We do not ship nor do the carriers pick up on non-business days which include Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Some items may ship from our Florida warehouse and will ship via UPS Mail Innovations. These orders may take longer to be delivered than the UPS map shows based on where they are shipping from and due to the USPS making the final delivery.
How do I track my order?
Visit the tracking link in the email we sent to you when your order was shipped. You can also click on Track Order at the top of our web site if your order was shipped via UPS Ground. If your order was shipped via UPS Mail Innovations, you will need to visit www.UPS-MI.com to track your order. All UPS Ground orders can be tracked by visiting the www.UPS.com website and the Ground tracking number will always begin with a 1Z.
